Community Action Program for Children

Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) provide local community playgroups where parents and caregivers of children birth to six years of age can visit for a range of free services that are accessible to everyone and include: Early Learning and literacy programs, Social interaction for parents and children, Skilled based crafts and creative learning activities, Information and resources for parents about pregnancy and parenting, Parenting programs that support parents and caregivers of young children in all aspects of early child development, Educational toy lending library, children's books, tapes,educational videos and dvds lending.

Funded by Health Agency of Canada, sponsored by Algoma Family Services, operated and supervised by Child Care Algoma.
