Sault Potters Guild Inc.

Sault Potters Guild was first established in 1969, one of the first Guilds in Ontario. Members spent volunteer time teaching adult and children the heritage art of pottery. It was incorporated in 1988. The City of Sault Ste. Marie Recreation Department assisted in locations as the Guild grew. Our relationship with the Old Stone House, has enhanced the heritage and age old craft of pottery. Pottery is a continous learning experience, and we share this experience with the community by offering adult classes, as well as school tours in conjuntion with the Old Stone House (Pioneer Living) and birthday parties.
